Payment

Payment can be made by Credit or Debit cards directly from the pages of this site.  No payments will be charged on cards until your order is processed. Payment can be made by cheque or Postal Order payable to Sports and Sporting Ltd and sent to 3 The Annums Bowes, Barnard Castle, County Durham, DL2 9LP. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling

Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders as shown within these pages – our standard UK delivery charge is £3.49 on orders up to £75 and free on orders over £75. Standard UK Delivery is Royal Mail 24.  The delivery costs may vary dependent on promotional offers in place but the amount to be charged will be shown on the final total before the customer can proceed with the order. In proceeding with the order it is deemed that the customer agrees with the quoted delivery costs. Delivery on Overseas orders are charged at cost and we will advise the buyer of the shipping cost and obtain their agreement prior to proceeding – please note that our checkout will not calculate the cost of overseas shipping.

We endeavour to carry stock of all our range but delivery times may vary depending on the goods involved and the time of year. Should any item ordered not be available from stock every effort will be made to quote a realistic delivery time.

Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties on orders overseas lie with you the customer.

Secure Payment by Credit Cards. Credit card details are encrypted and kept in our secure encrypted gateway. 

 

Returns Policy

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with Sports and Sporting Ltd you must let us know in writing (email is fine), quoting your order number.

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods. We will reimburse your 1st Class Royal Mail Postage on returned faulty items.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

 

Orders by Post:

If you would prefer to send an order by post please send payment with your order. We accept Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft, Access,  Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron or Bank Transfer.

All transactions are deemed to take place within the United Kingdom and subject to the relevant United Kingdom Laws.

Sports and Sporting Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website and any email newsletters, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website or in emails.

All goods remain the property of Sports and Sporting Ltd Ltd until paid for in full.

Data Protection. Customer details are retained for the sole purpose of tracking and tracing customer orders and/or providing payment details to our card processing merchant in the event of a chargeback. These details are subject to the rules of the Data Protection Laws of the UK.
